Terms of service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Kais Ghanem, the operator of VAYDO. By creating an account or using VAYDO, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. The service

VAYDO asks focused questions and uses AI to provide a recommendation, score, confidence level, reasons, risks, alternatives and scenario analysis. Features may evolve over time. Accounts currently receive up to 40 AI requests per day, resetting at midnight UTC. This allowance may be changed where reasonably necessary to protect or operate the service.

4. AI limitations and your decisions

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your circumstances. A VAYDO score is an aid to comparison, not an objective truth or guarantee. Confidence reflects the completeness of available information and model uncertainty; it is not a probability that a recommendation is correct.

You remain responsible for your decisions and their consequences. Verify important facts, costs, legal requirements and professional advice independently before acting.

5. High-stakes topics

Medical, legal, investment, personal-safety and other high-stakes outputs provide general analysis and options only. They are not professional advice, diagnosis, a guarantee, or a substitute for a qualified professional or emergency service. Do not delay urgent help because of a VAYDO response.

6. Your content

You retain any rights you have in the information you submit. You give VAYDO permission to host, process and transmit that information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain and support the service and meet legal obligations. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or information you are not authorised to disclose.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use VAYDO unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
• attempt to bypass account controls, request limits or security protections;
• access another person's account, decisions or private data;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service;
• use automated means to scrape or extract the service without written permission; or
• submit malicious code or use VAYDO to generate prohibited or abusive material.

8. VAYDO rights

VAYDO and its branding, interface, software and original service content are owned by the operator or licensed to him. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service. They do not transfer intellectual-property rights to you.

9. Availability and account action

VAYDO may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failures or events outside reasonable control. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to stop abuse, protect users, comply with law or address a breach of these terms. You may stop using VAYDO at any time and may request account deletion through the Privacy Policy contact.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VAYDO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No promise is made that the service will always be available, error-free, secure or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on AI output. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or applicable statutory consumer protections.

12. Changes

VAYDO may update these terms when the service, law or operating requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.

13. Irish law

These terms are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect.
